Hello Tina, It sounds like your DVD Drive is not recognizing discs in the drive. Try using this guide to manually clean the lens, or replace as necessary. If you do not feel you are up to lens replacement you can try replacing the drive wholesale. Be aware that if your Wii has been under heavy use (such as moving it frequently) your solution could be as easy as a loose cable from the motherboard to the DVD drive. Refer to this guide to make sure all your cables are solidly seated. Hope this helps.
Leer másHey Luke, As described, your problem seems to be your RF connector. If your console was "blinking" with the TV I would say its a pin connector issue. Your fix should be relatively easy. On the top of the image (right side of the console) you should see a video and audio jacks (yellow and red) which correspond to the RCA connectors (or composite) jacks on your TV. There is no white because the NES was mono rather than stereo for sound. These connectors are very common and rather inexpensive. Try them before you dig into the 72-pin connector refurbishment. Hope this helps.
Leer másI assume you're talking about the original Playstation, and not the slimmed down PSOne. Unfortunately, this is a common issue with the original Playstations, one day they just stop playing, but there are a few things you can try to extend the playing life. Use this guide to open up to the optical drive. Be careful, its only held in with the ribbon cable. First I would try cleaning the lens. If that doesnt work, try opening up the module and using a penetrating lubricant(like liquid wrench), lubricate the inside of the spindle and the screw track and rod for the lens.
Leer másOpen it up and remove the battery, making sure everything is dry as a bone. Dualshock Repair guides While in there check for corrosion/rust if any is present, depending on how extensive it is, try removing it if you can using a light touch. All of this assumes that the controller was not powered on while submerged, if it was you may be out a controller as the motherboard may already be fried. If you're lucky it may only be the battery thats dead.
Leer másIt honestly sounds like its bricked. If it is a bad connection, then you should be able to see it when you open it up. Not having sound, video, or even a boot up (assuming its not bricked) suggests a loose ribbon cable or bad fuse. Let us know what you find when you open it up. :)
Leer másFrom Sony, "If the power supply is lost while writing to the system software, the console will no longer be able to operate unless the system is booted in service mode or sent to Sony for repair if still under warranty." Though technically it shouldn't install unless the battery is at least 75% charged (the system stops that from happening). Sorry but it sounds like you borked the OS. :(
Leer másAssuming you actually mean the Nunchuck and not the Wiimote, it could be as simple as bad wiring. The Nunchuck wires into the Wiimote which communicates with the system so there should be no real problem with Nunchuck communicating with the console except with the remote itself. Are you sure that the Wiimote is not to blame? Again, I can only think of bad wiring or bad plug/port.
Leer másWhat cables are you using? Are you sure that your PS3 is set up to recognize it? If you are not using an HDMI cable, the system needs to be set to output using the composite cables. The TV cannot receive the signal if the PS3 is not outputting to the right port. Also, your english is extremely difficult to understand so I'm sorry I can't help you more than that.

Step changed to reflect Note.
Some use the big block white erasers or the malleable grey art erasers, not pencil erasers. While I really do not like it either, it is an option for those with limited resources
