No idea. I broke 2 FPC and lost some lens contact springs, got no where to buy, planning to replace the FPCs, but too busy these days .........
Sorry, my screen died shortly after writing this guide :( ... It's just an old machine, can't even run firefox now...
hmm, not quite sure, been a long time. seemingly just 3-4 screws holding it. But the process involves the speed light.
Actually, paralleling batteries. Does not necessarily require them to be same capacity (if within reasonable range, e.g. 1Ah + 3Ah, is ok, 500mAh + 100Ah, probably not). But requires them be same voltage spec, 4.35V // 4.35V is ok, 4.35V // 4.25V is not good.
want to test power? just find big capacitors.
As I measured, it smells like M1.7x0.35*4.5mm CM head. you can get away with M1.6x0.35x4.5 as they share same pitch 0.35mm, length 4.0 should also be ok.
I'm not quite sure, I sticks very tight. possibly glued or even moulded together
Thanks for your reminding. This is really a very old guide written back in 2015, not much practical these days.
Fellas. This is a very old guide. Very likely obsolete. Modern smartphones have internal batteries very difficult to access, and parts gets ridiculously tinier and tinier. It's very not recommend to practice this guide if you are not a skilled DIYer or electronics guy. Please, be safe.
Thank you for your support for years!

hmm, technically and scientifically you can (mix lithium-ion batteries in parallel, not in series).
