Hi @techlord Since we don't know what you've tried, just verifying if you've done the following: (1) connected the PSU's 4 pin power cable to the 4 pin socket on the motherboard (see image below). If the PSU has an 8 pin cable you can break it in two and use just the one half. (2) connected a system speaker to the appropriate header pins on the Chassis Intrusion and speaker header pins (see image below) so that any beep codes can be heard. (3) installed the correct memory in the correct memory slot when using only one module (see image below) (4) performed a power refresh by disconnecting the power to the PSU, removing the cmos coin cell battery from the motherboard and then pressing and holding the power button operated for a full 30 seconds before releasing it. Reconnect the power to the PSU and check if the PC turns on. Doing this should reset the BIOS back to its default state in case it has become corrupted preventing a normal start. When the cmos battery is out, measure its voltage. If it is <2.5V DC...

Hi @jozedouglas The impurities in the water causes corrosion and provides circuit paths for the electricity which were not in the phone's operating design and could damage the components. The corrosion starts immediately and is ongoing until it is completely cleaned away First do not try to charge or to turn on your phone and then remove the battery as soon as possible from the phone to minimize any further damage. Then you need to dis-assemble the rest of the phone and clean all the affected parts using Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ (available at electronics parts stores) to remove all traces of corrosion and water. If possible do not use "rubbing alcohol" as in some cases this is only 70% IPA or less, can contain additives which may leave conductive residues and is not as effective. Hi @iorekgivans Easiest option is to source a replacement 1.7mm (ID) x 4.0mm (OD) 20V/4A 90° DC barrel power plug connector and cut away the old plug where the cable is broken and re-terminate the cable on the new connector. Ensure that the +ve lead in the cable connects to the centre pin of the plug. I couldn't find a suitable 90° plug of the required size and voltage/current rating online the best I could find was this. If this suits you, search online for PP3-013 to find suppliers that suit you best.

Hi @dimphodee Have you tried using a different, known working compatible charger to see if the laptop stared charging and then worked OK? If the charger is OK it might be a faulty or loose USB-C charge port. Hi @mickeyjarvis Have you checked if there's 19V DC on the output plug of the laptop charger? If the charger is OK it could be a faulty or loose DC in jack (link only to show image of part) If the DC In jack is faulty it will need to be replaced as it cannot be repaired. Hi @wrrhhcykbdmdy7u What is the model number of the camera? Take some pictures and then download them to a computer and check what they look like. If they are OK then it could be a faulty LCD screen. If they are no good, it could be a faulty motherboard or image sensor in the camera.

Hi @marto48 I'm surprised that it even worked in that slot sometimes, as pins B1→B3 are a part of the +12V power supply feeding the slot. Does the the PCIe slot look damaged/burnt where the pins that are missing are supposed to be? I'm not certain but I think that this same voltage feed is paralleled to all the PCIe slots' B1→B3 pins on the board i.e. B1 slot 1 = B1 slot 2 = B1 slot 3 etc, so hopefully it is only the pins that have been damaged (and removed) and not that, for that particular slot that the tracks that the pins connect to, have also been damaged. I can't find a free download for the schematics for the motherboard (if it is a MS-7B85 model - printed on the motherboard) so this can be checked out before you try to get it repaired, so that at least you know what if any extra work may be involved to repair the problem. Hi @anasansari49347, It may be that the battery has failed and the charger cannot do both, i.e. charge the battery and power the laptop at the same time. With the charger connected, turn on the laptop and when it has finished booting into Windows etc, create a battery report to check the condition of the battery to see if it OK or not. When you have the report, compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge Capacity value of the battery as shown in the report. For a good battery the values should be nearly the same. You can work out the condition of the battery as a percentage by using the formula Full Charge Capacity value x 100 ÷ Design Capacity value. If the percentage is <35% consider replacing the battery. If it is determined that the battery needs replacing, here's a video that shows what to do. The battery model number is L11119-855.
