@furkanalis14886 looks like the maximum for your DV4000 is a 2.13 gHz CPU HP part number for that is 396700-001 It is still only a single core 32 bit processor so it will not be a speed demon but it should be an improvement over what you have now.
Here is the HP Pavilion Dv4000 Service Guide and page 114 shows you how to replace the processor.
