@furkanalis14886 looks like the maximum for your DV4000 is a 2.13 gHz CPU HP part number for that is 396700-001 It is still only a single core 32 bit processor so it will not be a speed demon but it should be an improvement over what you have now.

Here is the [document|35636] and page 114 shows you how to replace the processor.
