While it's a different car, the process will be pretty much the same, so check out the guide on this device page:
The main differences will be the sizes of the tools, and many times the rotor has two phillips head screws holding it to the hub. Those tend to be very difficult to remove unless you have an IMPACT DRIVER SET like the one in the link. Those you can usually pick up at a local auto parts store for less than $20.
Photo the process and make a guide specific to the car for it, and if you get stuck, feel free to ask.
