Hi, Have you checked in Device Manager to see if Windows says the USB ports are working properly? What is the model number of your laptop and what OS is installed?

Yes I have checked in device manager and it shows that usb ports are working , but they can not recognize any device . my OS : windows 8.1

Hi, Can you check with a 'self powered' USB device, like a camera or a mobile phone. This will prove whether it is lack of power (+5V) being supplied to the USB device or if it is a 'data problem.

I connected a mobile phone , the phone is charging, but it is not recognized at all
I am sorry I forgot to mention that i have 3 ports one of them is working properly , the other 2 are not .
