Even with battery power supplied, the computer does not retain charge.

Keys on the keyboard won’t respond or appear to be broken

If the key keeps getting stuck down and not returning to its normal state, there is the possibility that the area underneath it needs to be cleaned. In this case, remove the key and clean the area. After that, place the key back in place and it should function as usual.

If your keys are not performing its tasks when you tap them, it could be because they are clogged with something underneath it. In order to fix this, you would need to remove the key and make sure that it is clean underneath. If it is not, you would need to clean it and then snap the key back in place. The key should return back to normal functions after the cleaning.

Display screen is discolored, blurry, or will not respond to touch

If your screen is cracked and not responsive anymore, this means the screen is damaged and needs to be replaced. To replace the screen follow this guide.

Open the Start Menu. Select the Calibrate button, and if you are asked to authorize the process with admin privileges, authorize it. Follow the instructions given.

If your screen is not responding, a possible reason is because the screen needs to be cleaned. You can take a hand towel or wipe and clean the screen of. Make sure there are no smudges left on the screen. After this, your touch screen should preform its normal actions.
