Hello, I'm Rana Aldahash. I am currently a student at Austin Community College, pursuing an Associate degree in Computer Programming.

I chose to major in Computer Programming because of my passion for technology and my desire to create innovative software solutions that address real-world challenges. I find the field exciting and dynamic, allowing me to combine creativity with technical skills.

My aspiration is to become a software developer, contributing to projects that have a positive impact on people's lives. I dream of working in an environment where I can collaborate with others and develop applications that enhance user experiences and promote sustainability. Through my involvement in various projects, I aim to gain experience that will prepare me for a successful career in the tech industry.

I have foundational programming skills in Java, Python, and JavaScript. Additionally, I possess hands-on experience in home repairs and a strong interest in learning how to fix musical instruments. My ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively makes me a valuable team member.

I have worked on a couple of projects that allowed me to apply my programming skills and creativity, and I'm proud of the contributions I've made in those efforts.

I have experience with various home repairs, such as plumbing and electrical work, and I am eager to learn how to repair musical instruments. I find it fascinating to take apart instruments to understand their core components and how they work together.

Although I haven’t received formal awards, my peers recognize my dedication to helping others understand programming concepts and my commitment to learning.

I am currently not a member of any formal clubs or organizations, but I actively engage with my classmates on various projects and initiatives related to programming.

In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, cooking, and exploring new technologies. I find joy in trying out new recipes and spending time outdoors.

I have two ducks that bring a lot of joy to my life, and I can't live without chicken shawarma—it's my favorite food!
