My phone has been dropped dropped several times. No cracks, no dents but I think me Mobile Data antenna is dislodged/broke. How can I check this?

There's no separate data antenna in the phone.
Data is sent over the same transmission path, using the same antennas as what are used for voice and sms (text only) connections.
Have you checked that the data saver setting has not been enabled preventing apps from sending data from the phone?
