We don't have a lot of detail to go on, but this sounds like your display may have been subject to some kind of damage. OLED type displays like the one in your phone can develop faults like this when the LED's are exposed to oxygen. This kind of damage can occur even in the absence of cracks.
The only remedy for this issue is to replace the display. No undoing damage.

@harrypinky47880 since we do not see your display and strictly going by your description, the only way to fix that is by replacing the display.

Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video for the repair. Replacement screen are available at plenty of online stores. Select one within your geographic area to decrease the shipping cost.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
