Prueba el siguiente procedimiento para obtener su ordenador portátil va.
1. Retire el cargador de la computadora portátil.
2. Retire la batería del ordenador portátil. Aquí hay un enlace a la guía Ifixit sobre cómo quitar la batería.

3. Mantenga pulsado el botón de encendido en la computadora portátil durante 30 segundos para drenar el poder residual de la computadora portátil.
4. Conectar el cargador a la computadora portátil, asegúrese de que la toma de corriente está encendido y luego encender el ordenador portátil pulsando el botón de encendido. (La batería no debe estar en en esta etapa)

Hi,
Try the following procedure to get your laptop going.
1. Remove the charger from the laptop.
2. Remove the battery from the laptop. Here is a link to the Ifixit guide on how to remove the battery.
3. Press and hold the Power button on the laptop for 30 seconds to drain any residual power from the laptop.
4. Connect the charger to the laptop, ensure that the power outlet is turned on and then turn on the laptop by pressing the Power button. (The battery should not be in at this stage)
5. If the laptop turns on, allow it to boot all the way to the Windows desktop. Then shut it down in the normal manner.
6. When the laptop has shutdown, switch off the wall outlet to the charger and remove the charger from the laptop.
7. Reinsert the battery into the laptop.
8. Reconnect the charger to the laptop and make sure that the wall outlet is switched on.
9. Turn on the laptop and see if it starts.
10. If the battery indicates that it is charging allow it to fully charge before disconnecting the charger.

Sinceramente, para el modelo que es y el precio de la reparacion (creo que es de la placa base), te merece la pena comprarte uno nuevo, tienes portátiles desde poco más de 180 euros: https://www.portatilesbaratos.net

Mi toshiba Satellite se descompuso del disco duro y la dejé algunos años sin reparar, pero ahora ya no enciende, le cambie la pila y nada, no carga ni prende, está completamente muerta, ya le he hecho un montón de trucos que ví en videos de youtube y tampoco.
Ayuda porfavor.
