Samsung TL220 Lens stuck, won't retract
Long story short, wife dropped our Samsung TL220 on a hard wood floor. It powers on but the lens is stuck in the out position and won't retract or do anything.

Angel Cirilo, it is possible that the lens came of the guides. Try the ideas from here. Should that fail, you may have to replace the lens. Use this video to help you with that. Hope this helps, good luck.
