Was given an 80E5 recently. I’m running into startup issues after trying several suggested onscreen options.

It diagnoses the PC for errors with the dotted circle going round. Then tells me it needs to restart. It’s done this 3X’s now and I’m still not able to open it up.

I also clicked on their “see windows 10 fixes” but have the same results.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
