I bought motoG5 plus one month ago, never tried headphone jack until today when my sound just QUIT !!. Bought brand new earbuds, so I know their not faulty. Motorola I really thought your products were high quality…after reading all the problems everyone is having and my phone has problems not even a month owning it brand new. …I'm very disappointed and now I believe your products are not high quality , and are faulty from the manufacturer. High quality $@$*. I mean that in a very bad way. Now let's play the bullshit warranty card . You probably won't hold up on your end of the deal. What a waste of money.
