How long has it been since you last used your Gear Fit2? Often times when devices are left sitting for a little while without being charged, the internal batteries voltage can drop below the threshold that allows it to charge back up normally. I recommend that you leave your device to charge for 12-24 hours undisturbed and see if that allows it to get it self up to the proper voltage. Please keep me posted as I’m sure this has been frustrating for you and I wish to see it until the end as fixed. Please let me know also if the information that I provided to you has helped.
Leer másHow long have you left your headphones charging for? Often times if a device has not been used for a while, the battery can go below the recommended discharge voltage and not turn back on. That being said I would recommend that you leave your headphones charging for 12 - 24 hours before using them again. This will give the battery enough time to properly charge back up to the voltage it needs to be at. Please keep me informed and let me know if this ended up helping you, or if you need further information. Hope this helps.
Leer másIs there a possibility that you shorted out the board? Spontaneous power issues such as these are often due to a motherboard issue. Especially since you tested the power supply and also tried to SMC reset. Remember, the littlest thing can cause a short and lead to a dead motherboard. You are going to have to use a process of elimination in order to troubleshoot this issue. (1) Check various locations on the motherboard where voltage may be present (2) Try booting the laptop without the battery connected (3) Check for any damaged traces on the motherboard (4) Check for continuity on different connections on the motherboard (5) Check for any damage to the power button I know how important this must be to you especially since you have a customer waiting. So please get back to me when you get a chance so we can discuss this further or if you have any questions about the information I provided.
Leer másScarlett, I can understand how frustrating this can be. Especially when it happens at the most inconvenient times. However, occurrences like these do happen from time to time and are common. Most of the main causes for these are as follows. (1) The location in which you live can have an effect based on your carriers cell signal (2) Your phone’s antennas can also not handle having very little signal, so instead the phone assumes that you do not have any cell signal. (3) Some phone carriers have blackouts of network signal from time to time as well, meaning that you and others nearby may also be suffering from the same fate. My suggestion is to contact your cell phone carrier (ex. Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, MetroPCS, etc.) and inform them about the issues you are having. There is a good chance that you carrier may not be aware of a network outage in your area, and they can get to work on fixing it. Or they can give you in detail some more information about where there network is covered in your area....
Leer másI would recommend trying to let the battery charger sit and charge the laptop for a while, also you could try a different battery charger, and I also recommend trying different outlets in your home. Sometimes if a power supply goes bad, it could potentially not supply enough, Volts, or Amps, which in turn would prevent the power supply from giving enough Watts to the battery in order to charge it. Troubleshooting something like this calls for a process of elimination, meaning that as you troubleshoot we are going to cross things off that could potentially be the problem. Based on what you have described, I would like to assume these as possible issues: (1) Bad Power supply (Most Likely) (2) Bad battery (Likely) (3) Bad motherboard (Least Likely)
Leer másYou can open the TV if possible and check for any blown capacitors. If you happen to find any, make sure to mark the voltages for each cap that has burst and purchase new capacitors. Desolder the old caps and replace them with new ones. There is a very good chance that if you find blown caps that they could be the problem. Hopefully this helps!
Leer másIf it is sudden like it is jolting, you may have a faulty throttle position sensor (TPS). Most of the time it will show a check engine light if the tps has fully failed, however if it is just beginning to fail it may not show a check engine light. I would bring it to a mechanic and have them test it. hope this helps!
Leer másI can’t guarantee that you will keep your water resistance, however you can use a type of rubber sealant/cement. There is a type of rubber water resistant sealant that people use for repairing fish tanks that is water resistant up to a certain point. And since it is made of silicone you will still be able to press the button without any issues. You should be able to use a toothpick to apply it to the button. I’ll leave a link to a sealant that you may be able to use! Hope this helps! Link: https://www.amazon.com/Aqueon-Silicone-Sealant-10-ounce-Clear/dp/B0002ASD34

This may be way off. But couldn't you technically just remove the screen bezel, and hinge cover ONLY and just change the inverter without doing an entire disassembly?
