After factory resetting my dsi it would no longer read sd cards stating "The device inserted in the SD Card Slot can't be used." I have tried everything from completely replacing the sd card slot to using ten different sd cards.

Hi!
The DSi is still able to read the SD cards (as it’s saying that it cant be used). This is most of the time caused by the SD card it self. How is the SD card formatted? Be sure it’s FAT32 formatted.
The official max size supported is up to 32GB (as those cards can be formatted in FAT32).

I have formatted all of the sd cards in FAT32 and it still wouldn't recognize them.

The format tool Nintendo provided didn't work nor did guiformat or any other formatting tool I've used so far.
Hmm, is the DSi up to date? I would try to replace the SD card reader for the DSi again, maybe the replacement part was faulty again? Those are the only options left to do now…
