Wii will not connect to Wi-Fi
My Wii will not connect to Wi-Fi. I select “search for access point” in the settings and sometimes my Wii finds no access point, sometimes it finds only my neighbors access point, and sometimes it finds my access point. Whenever it finds my access point and I enter my password it will attempt to connect then spit out the error code 51330. I previously owned a different Wii that could connect to the internet when setup in the same area of the house so I doubt its the area, but I will try to move it to a different location with less obstruction and see what happens. I did just disassemble this Wii to clean it so my basic intuition says I likely messed up the Wi-Fi chip or antennas. This Wii was also pulled from the local transfer station and I did not have a Wiimote to test it before disassembly, but the activity log and channels implied it worked totally fine and the owner replaced it with a Wii U.

hello i just search the problem and i got this: Error code 51330 for instance is specific network-related error code on the Nintendo Wii indicates that the authentication process between the console and the wireless router or internet access point it is connected to failed, which is why the console is unable to connect to the internet. id say what type of connection do you have and do you think the wiis wifi chip might of came off or not put on correctly but that only applys if you too the wii apart or the tape got old and crusty (ive never see that tho)
