Why does my iPhone 7 bootloop after battery replacement?

I replaced the battery in my iPhone 7 and now it has been bootlooping for 3 days straight. Also the device is on iOS 14 beta 2. I haven't tried much, I just thought I could come and ask on here. Anything helps
