SCREEN REPLACEMENT FOR Aspire R14 R5-471t

Hello , I have a B140hat02.0 Acer Aspire R14 R5-471t 14" LED LCD cracked Touch Screen , the touch only works in just some part of the screen and te other part does not work at all but the display is fine works great nothing wrong with it .

So to replace screen I am asking if the LCD SCREEN and digitizer are assembled together or they are separated ?
