Rebooting loop, stuck on downloading screen

My Samsung Gear Fit, keeps rebooting, I followed the instructions to get to the download screen, did that, now it's stuck on the download screen "DOWNLOADING DO NOT TURN OFF TARGET!!. Any help would be appreciated!
