Why is my D-pad sticky?
My directional pad isn't physically responding like it should, as if it is sticky. Why is this and what can I do?

Follow the Wii U Pro Controller Troubleshooting link (Nintendo Wii U Pro Controller Troubleshooting) on the device page and it will direct you to the correct page to fix my issue. From the troubleshooting page, you can find that it is likely sticky from a spill or just natural debris build over time.
