The battery report should contain info about the Design Capacity value (in mAH) and the Full Charge capacity value (in mAH).
You don't say what "several options" you've tried, but since there a no values for these parameters in the battery report, either the battery is faulty or perhaps there's a driver problem.
Go to ''Device Manager > Batteries >'' right click on ''Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery > uninstall'' and follow the prompts.
