Hi,
-Looking at the [document|26550] there are two different length igniters shown. See p.4 part # 2 & 3. [https://www.partselect.ca/PS11744119-Whirlpool-WP74006072-E-Burner-Igniter.htm|#2, part #74006072] and [https://www.walmart.com/ip/Jenn-air-Factory-Oem-74006073-For-902276-Ignitor-Ground-Assembly-quot/328808409|#3, part #74006073] (supplier examples only).
+The black spot on the igniter (only the one?) is a bit of a concern. Is it on the same side as the spark seems to travel down on? Wondering if it may be the sleeve of the igniter through the ceramic, a burn hole perhaps.

The link you posted showing an image of the oven is not working but I assume that there are 4 burners and that the longer igniters should be the same length on both sides as are the shorter ones, is this correct? The parts list only shows two burners but you said the “… right side the two igniters spark very brightly….”.
-Looking at the wiring diagram in this [https://www.partselect.com/Models/JDS9865BDP/Manufacturer/1/|link] there is only one spark module that supplies all the burners so even though you see a bright spark it may not be as powerful as the one on the other side. Perhaps you could swap one of the “faulty” igniters over to the other side and see if the problem remains with the position or moves with the igniter.

If the igniter is faulty, search online using the part number only, to get results for suppliers that suit you best.
