I’m not familiar with your model but are the hinges screwed into the LCD cover?
If so perhaps you can simply replace the cover to repair the hinge connection.

Here’s the [https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/g-series-15-3590-laptop_service-manual_en-us.pdf|service manual] for the laptop. Go to p.42 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the display assembly. It doesn’t show how to remove the LCD panel from the cover but usually it is straightforward. Take pictures before you start and during the dis-assembly process as it makes it easier when re-assembling it to place everything back the way it was. Also keep some jars/containers handy to place screws in etc. It is amazing how far they bounce when falling off a workbench. I speak from experience ;-)

Be aware of any latches/locking bars on the video cable connection to the panel. Study it first before just pulling it out. the same with the camera module connection. Also keep some jars/containers handy to place screws in etc. It is amazing how far they bounce when falling off a workbench. I speak from experience ;-)
The part number for the LCD cover is ''03HKFN 3HKFN.'' If you search online using the part number ''only,'' you’ll get results for suppliers of the part.
