Hi @manuel12345 , Don't know the answer but in what position is the Wireless switch on the side of the laptop? Is it set to position 2 i.e. On or position 3 where it scans for any connections? Position 1 is the Off position. - According to the user guide for the laptop, this switch can control the WLAN and the BT. + According to the user guide for the laptop, this switch can control the BT as well as the WLAN .
