Random Vertical Lines after LCD Replacment

Texto:

-I am repairing an iPhone 6 that I recently got. I plugged the screen into the connector and booted up the phone. The phone buzzed and the back light of the screen was on but there were random colored lines on the display. Every time I put the phone in standby mode and turn it back on, there is different set of colors. I tried this with the old screen and the same thing happens. Is this a result of a broken logic board? If it isn't, what do you think it could be?

+EDIT: Now the display wont turn on. The phone just buzzes continuously when it is plugged into a charger.
