I would assume that the cables going to the camera(s) are disconnected or broken from your replacement of the front screen.  When you turn the camera app on, does the front screen display a closed shutter? If it does I suggest looking for the cables that attach to the camera, and also any ground connectors that are supposed to be in place there.
