Ir al paso 1The motherboard for any electronics should only be replaced after all troubleshooting has failed. This is an extremely fragile component and requires patience to remove safely. However, this motherboard was very easy to remove and can be done with only one person though, we recommend asking a friend for help just to be safe.

To begin, remove the 8 screws locating on the back of the soundbar. These can be removed with the ifixit screwdriver equipped with a Phillips'head in size J1.

The cover will lift up, but there will be wires underneath connected to the cover that need to be unscrewed.

The 8 screws on the back cover, as well as the screws removed in the following steps, are all the exact same length (approx. 1 centimeter). Keep track of all screws but do not worry if they become mixed up.

This info is useless if you know the motherboard is broken and needs to be replaced but you don’t share the link to buy it again! Otherwise you have to dispose the whole bar in the trash can.
Guessing no one ever found where to buy a motherboard?
Probably at mother boards .com, if not trash it goes.
Called Polk. They do not sell the motherboard. if under warranty, they will have Massimo send you a new soundbar and won't even ask for the old one to be shipped back! if not under warranty, then congratulations, you now have a very expensive anchor which can be attached to a chain and thrown overboard to stop your small boat from moving while fishing.
The motherboard is a very easy part to replace. a few screws, a few plugs and a ribbon cable. But Polk won's sell them to you. Don't purchase Polk products unless you want a product that has no viable repair options.
