Use a T15 Torx screw driver (or driver head). Later in the process I needed to use a T15 security head; someone at Rocket really doesn't want us doing this.
I had T15 screws too; later in the process they had pegs in the middle so I had to use a T15 security driver head which has a hole in the peg. To reach the deep screws in the current steps you should use a dedicated T15 driver (which has a narrow enough shaft to get through the hole) or a driver head with a long shaft.
Note that to pry off the casing each end has three major components: the roller, the clear plastic case, and a small white plastic piece that connects the roller to the case. The clear case surrounds the white piece without a break, and the white piece is pressed into the roller. Pry between the roller and the case to loosen the white piece from the roller; this opens a gap between the white piece and the clear case. Then pry between the white piece and the clear plastic case to remove the white piece entirely.
