My Problem is much worse! Please Help Me!

I’m Having this issue with my Macbook Late 2017 (A1708) Update I have tried every possible thing nothing worked, I literally had to give my mac away to some guy who later used it for spares, all I got was 50$… Apple will never claim responsibility its been 3 years since the product came out and I dont thing if they havent agreed until now they will.
