What a great guide! Easy to follow steps and great pictures. The only problem I ran into was on step 13 where the tri-wing screws are deep in a hole and my standard 1/4” drive bit wouldn’t fit into the hole. I ended up buying the Mako Driver set from ifixit.com (Mako Driver Kit - 64 Precision Bits) and I’m glad that I did - it is an AMAZING set. Thanks for the excellent repair guide!

Standard Tri-Wing bits will NOT fit into the holes. Make sure that you get one of the tool kits from iFixit (I just ordered the Mako Driver/Bit kit with 64 bits ) - the Tri-Wing bits in this kit have a narrow shaft that allows it to reach deep into narrow holes like these on the Wii .
