Recently I bought an INFOCUS LP435Z, it was with the inverted image, when I wanted to use the buttons to enter the menu, to modify the image inversion, none of the buttons reacted.

You will have an idea of what is due and how to solve it? Could it be that with the option of active blocking? I do not have the unlock key, how could I check it?
