- Clear cache and data of the fingerprint app: Go to Settings > Apps > Fingerprint > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Restart your phone: Restart your phone and try using the fingerprint scanner again.

How do you suppose they're going to delete or re-add fingerprints, if it doesn't even show up in the settings?
Ensure fingerprint sensor is properly connected to the motherboard. If still not working, replace fingerprint sensor. I'm not familiar with those phones. sometimes fingerprint reader is built into the screen, in which case easiest to replace the entire screen.
