My computer works fine when plugged in, but when I unplug it, the battery loses charge really quickly! Is it a problem with my battery? Or is it some other issue? How can I tell?

If your computer boots when plugged in, your battery is most likely faulty, and you will need to replace it.

It apers to be a failed or dying battery, so the fix is to replace the battery
