If you know this is for certain a broken screen, you'll need to replace the LCD panel. Those LCD panels will cost you more than a new TV, if you can even find one. The only cheap way to fix it is to try to get a broken TV (not the LCD) of the same model as yours, and take out the LCD.
Of course, you can always try to find a used LCD screen. Remove the back cover of the TV. You should see a label stuck to the back of the panel. On it will be the manufacturer and the exact model of the screen. Use those numbers to do an internet search and see what you can find.

La única forma barata de arreglarlo es intentar conseguir un televisor roto (no la pantalla LCD) del mismo modelo que el tuyo, y quitarle la pantalla LCD.

Por supuesto, siempre puedes intentar encontrar una pantalla LCD usada. Quita la tapa trasera del televisor. Deberías ver una etiqueta pegada en la parte posterior del panel.
