Check your Monitor's refresh rate. Some streaming service might turn it down. When in these services, try going to the right to see if there is an interactive tab for settings and adjust the refresh rate higher. This can cause drop out of video because services intentionaly set this lower to fix buffering issues and down load size and time. hope this helps,
