@shwetalina all of this "opening apps automatically scrolling up and down automatically" sounds like ghost touch. The ghost touch screen, aka phantom touches, happens when you see the laptop screen reacting as if it has been touched by an invisible finger.
To do a preliminary check, wipe the touch screen clean with a microfibre cloths or similar (no water or any other fluid!). Next shut down your computer and do a restart. Now check to see if it works properly.
If not, check the drivers. Since we do not know which version your OS (Windows?) is, you need to check your Control Panel for the current version. Sometimes just deleting and reinstalling your driver may resolve this.
If nothing works, It's time to replace the screen.
