You haven't given us much information. Do you get the Dell logo screen?

You have already mentioned the <F1> and <F2> keys.

When it starts up press <F12> key to get to Boot Options and select your hard drive.

If no drives appear then your hard drive ***''may''*** be defective. Did it show up when you went into the BIOS?
