Had an issue where my speaker would not charge at all no matter what I tried after a few attempts to contact Ultimate ears with no response by the way I did some digging online and found a fix of holding down the power, volume up and volume down buttons to do a factory reset it started charging again pleased it's fixed but would never recommend this product or any products by the company hopefully this may help some of you out there!
