Activité Pop keeps displaying the wrong time

After some time after recalibrating watches loses time. After couple days it is like 5 minutes.

Resetting doesn’t work. Re-associating watches doesn’t work. Problem persisted also after replacing battery. It has to be hardware problem.

I found on reddit it is probably connection between the battery and the watch .[br]

Any advice how to fix this problem?
