Galaxy watch 3 Display case watch?

I bought  galaxy watch 3 45mm  and I think it was one a store had on display because it want charge turn on or do anything and the screen

Stays looking like the watch display mode bot it almost feels painted on. Do stores switch them out when putting display  and if  so how don I swap it
