You can buy kits here on ifixit. You’ll need to a a complete screen replacement as they use OLED panels and it’s really difficult even for experienced techs. They’ll include tooling and you can find guides on here as well. Just avoid using an LCD and stick with OLED. LCD runs the risk of damaging the connectors due to increased current consumption and can impact battery life.
