Got the device about 2 Christmas’ ago. It will not make any noise, not even the starting up or shutting down booping noises, just a little static blip. The people at UE Boom were of no help. I have factory reset the device, confirmed that the program is up to date by plugging it into my computer, removed the device from my phone and reconnected.
