Hi George … I thought I tried everything and was ready to call a repairman today. I was on the phone for an hour with the Samsung Help Desk and they could not assist me with the issue. After much troubleshooting on my own, I found my issue to be with the “Enable Power Settings”. I switched the Enable Power Settings from off to on and the problem disappeared right before my eyes. Give it a try …..
