Laptop LCD Compatibility with a cheaper one

Hello,

I have a Lenovo Ideapad Y500 with a bad LCD. The OEM one is a mode LP156WF1 (TL)(C1), however, the LP156WF1 (TL)(E1) is way cheaper. The only difference in the model is the E1 at the end.

Anyone knows if they are compatible? Thank you
