	Upgrade hard drive to SSD. This will improve performance.

+	Upgrading to Windows 10 would also spped it up. It is still a free update with legit W7, as far as I know.

	I would especially think this with Task Manager showing only 8%. The old hard could possibly be ready to die.

	What temperatures are CPU, etc.?
