My phone is stuck in a bootloop after factory reset

My phone was having problems and i searched everywhere online on how to fix it, and some of them said to factory reset my phone. So i did.
I backed up My files in my Pc using Hisuite and went into recovery mode and pressed factory reset
but now it keeps rebooting or bootloop whenever i plug in my charger, but when i dont plug my charger its just all black screen. Please Help
