Hi Albert,

I have the ASUS Chromebook Flip C302 and it keeps shutting off at 30%. The only way it will stay on is if I plug it in. Because it has a lithium iron battery, I don’t think the battery is exhausted. What should I do? Is this a situation in which I should replace my battery?
