My LG Stylo 4 has been soft bricked. How to fix?

So, whenever I boot up into the phone, there is no lockscreen, only the “Unfortunately, System UI has stopped” message with no actions. Only the power menu and off-screen memo work. I know how to reproduce the issue as well.
